CNN Money has named the community of La Vergne as being among the most affordable cities in the United States.

CNN noted the median home price of just $127,000 and the low median property tax of just $1,265.

Median income for the La Vergne community was $68,590.

Tennessee’s lack of an income tax was another reason for for the status of Most Affordable.
