<p>20 of the lots were sold on Saturday, August 14. Crye-Leike Realtors represented 3 of the buyers. The Cathy Wood Team had 2 of those.</p>
<p>We had already gotten our clients on the VIP waiting list with Del Webb in Mt. Juliet beforehand.  That enabled us to schedule an appointment on the release date before the general public.</p>

<p>Our Clients Dan &amp; Louise are moving to Mt. Juliet to be near to Nashville.  Lake Providence is also close Dan&#8217;s family in Indiana. Louise has family here in Lebanon Tn, but they will also be within a days drive of her grand children in Michigan.</p>
<p>Dan and Louise picked out a gorgeous corner lot in the new Franklin Phase and they were able to get it without paying a premium!  Their new home will be ready in March or April and they can&#8217;t wait.</p>

<p>We pulled this report for high- end Brentwood TN homes in the $550,00+range. That range of homes was very quiet just 6 months ago- <strong>Not Anymore!</strong></p>

<p>BonBrook neighborhood lead all others with 2 closings, one under contract. That&#8217;s an average of one home per month selling in BonBrook. The number 2 neighborhood for Brentwood Tn home sales was Inglehame Farms with 1 closing and 1 home under contract.</p>
<p>For  Brentwood, TN home sellers, this is great news.  For Brentwood, TN  home buyers, you need to get moving,  this activity will bring higher prices soon.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Mt. Juliet Home Prices are on the rebound and outperforming Hendersonville.  One year ago Hendersonville home prices were $20,000 above Mt. Juliet.  Now it appears that Mt. Juliet home prices have caught up.  In this latest Nashville Market Report, Mt. Juliet homes appear to be just $2,000 below the Hendersonville Median Price.<br />

<p>As you can see from the chart, both Mt. Juliet and Hendersonville home values are below where they were 1 year ago. But they appear to have hit bottom in May and are now moving upward.</p>
<p>Although both area are trending up Mt. Juliet is outperforming Hendersonville in the rebound.  Part of this is because Mt. Juliet homes did not lose as much value. But there are two points to be made here.</p>
<p>1. The rebound  in home values started sooner in Mt. Juliet. Home prices began to rise about 6 weeks before Hendersonville.</p>
<p>2. The rebound is clearly stronger for Mt. Juliet Home values over Hendersonville. At this rate Mt. Juliet Homes will e more expensive than homes in Hendersonville within a few months.</p>
